some organizational issues

uncleaned roomunattended reception
the staff seemed disorganized upon arrival. i was told early check-in was available and given keys only to find the room uncleaned. later, i received a notification about 'late check-in'. my key stopped working that night, and i needed to use a lockbox. on my last day, i waited fifteen minutes at an unattended reception desk while attempting to drop off my suitcase, and no one answered my calls.

The room included a pod-style coffee machine. The staff were really good and helpful (I really appreciated their quick responses). I was lucky to find a parking spot on the street, so I did not need the hotel parking.
The doors were not very well-fitted. All the room doors on my floor banged when closed due to wind outside. This made it difficult to sleep. The refrigerator was also loud.
